About the Ladybug Press

The Ladybug Press is located in Boise, Idaho. We specialize in letterpress printing and screen printing for special occasions. We offer custom design and printing or we can print your already designed files. Our letterpress is a blue vintage old style Chandler & Price Letterpress. Letterpress printing creates an invitation or personal announcement that is more tactile than modern printing, recalling a time when printed materials were keepsakes.

Ladybug Press is an environmentally conscious studio. We use salvaged inks and 100% tree-free cotton papers or recycled papers. All of our paper scraps are used for other products, reused for setup prints, or recycled. We always use recycled packaging materials whenever possible! It’s good to be green!

We ship internationally!

Angela R. Stewart, Owner

I am a graphic designer that loves to make things, I fell in love with letterpress long ago. I got my first press in 2008. In 2011, I built a new studio space and upgraded to a bigger press. I have been working on designing our lines of greeting cards, coasters, notebooks & other goodies every since. I feel very fortunate to love what I do, and I think it shows in everything we create in our little studio. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Boise State University.
I also run a design studio, Angela R. Stewart Design, (Angela R. Stewart Design, Inc.

Lauryn Medeiros, Illustrator
Ever since I can remember, I was picking up pencils and drawing animals, imaginary creatures and anything else I found interesting. Since then I’ve been passionate about everything that is artistic, imaginative and inspiring; illustration, fine art, graphic design, typography, music, and film never cease to excite me.
Majoring in Art with a minor in Music, I graduated with my first degree from the College of Idaho in 2011. In the fall of 2010, I studied abroad in Scotland to pursue my love of illustration at the Glasgow School of Art, which was one of the best experiences I have ever had.
I’m currently attending Boise State University as a second-degree Graphic Design and Illustration student, as well as working as the student lead t-shirt designer for the Bronco shop and Bookstore on campus.
